The Health and Fitness Team at YWCA Minneapolis is dedicated to promoting wellness within the community through diverse fitness and nutrition programs. Comprising group fitness instructors, yoga teachers, aquatics generalists, lifeguards, and registered dietitian nutritionists, the team provides tailored physical activities, water safety instruction, and nutrition guidance.
