Marcia O'Flynn

Marcia O'Flynn has extensive experience in service-oriented roles, currently serving as a Crisis Service Assistant at YWCA Northeast Indiana since July 2020. Previously, Marcia worked as an Eligibility Specialist at Knowledge Services from August 2018 to October 2019, and as an Assistant Manager at Family Dollar from February 2017 to September 2017. Early career experience includes a position as a Crew Member at McDonald's Corporation from May 2015 to February 2017 and as Katie Wiggins at Aging & In-Home Services from October 2013 to December 2014. Marcia holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services & Psychology from the Indiana Institute of Technology, earned between 2015 and 2022, and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution, completed in 2015.
