Helen Archontou, MSW, LSW has a diverse and extensive work experience. Helen started their career as a Program Director at Saint Clares Health System Behavioral Health where they led a staff of 50 and managed a budget of $3.2M. Helen developed new programs and secured over $1M in funding. In 2011, they became the CEO of YWCA Northern New Jersey, overseeing a multi-service non-profit organization and becoming a sought-after speaker at international events. Helen also founded Helen Archontou Speaking, where they serve as a National Speaker, Educator, and Activist on various topics such as non-profit leadership, empowerment, and racial justice.
