Finance and Development Team

The Finance and Development Team at YWCA O‘ahu manages the organization’s financial resources and fundraising initiatives to support its mission of empowering women and girls. They oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and grants management while also developing and implementing fundraising strategies, community engagement activities, and economic advancement programs to enhance the organization's sustainability and impact.
