Prior to this role, Kerry-Ann held positions at The Arrow Group and YMCA of South Florida and Broward County, where Kerry-Ann demonstrated strong leadership and operational skills in optimizing partnerships and managing program locations. With an Executive Certificate from Harvard University and a Master's degree in Executive MBA from Florida Atlantic University, Kerry-Ann is well-equipped to lead and drive impact in the nonprofit sector.
