Beth Kennar

Beth Kennar is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in labor and employment law. Currently serving as Director and Chair of the Human Capital Committee at AgWest Farm Credit since January 2023 and as Director at YWCA Spokane since August 2024, Beth has a strong background in providing legal counsel to employers, managing workplace investigations, and overseeing collective bargaining negotiations. Previous roles include Of Counsel Attorney at Summit Law Group, where Beth worked from May 2016 to August 2025, and as a Partner at the same firm from May 1998 to March 2015. With earlier experience as an Associate Attorney at Riddell Williams and as a Jesuit Volunteer, Beth holds a JD from the University of Washington School of Law and a BA from Gonzaga University.
