Elizabeth B. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Elizabeth began their career as a Copyeditor at The Spokesman-Review and later worked as a Research Assistant at Eastern Washington University. During this time, they developed, reviewed, and edited data to create and maintain community indicators websites. Elizabeth also worked as a Vote Entry Clerk at the Associated Press, where they reported and compiled election results for midterm elections.

Moving on, Elizabeth worked as a Shelter Advocate at YWCA USA, providing crisis intervention counseling and support services to victims of domestic violence. Elizabeth then transitioned to the role of Freelance Reporter, working as a freelance editor and writer. As a freelance grant writer and editor, they collaborated with various organizations, writing grant proposals and assisting with fundraising efforts.

Elizabeth's experience also includes working as a Content Analyst and Application Analyst at Next IT, where they served as the primary point of contact for the development of system knowledge units. Elizabeth also worked as a Grant Writer and Development and Proposal Writer at Second Harvest Inland Northwest, where they wrote and edited fundraising appeals, grant proposals, and other agency pieces.

Most recently, Elizabeth has been working at YWCA Spokane as the Director of Grants, Contracts, and Compliance, where they oversee grant management, contract review, and regulatory compliance.
