Erica Schreiber has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Erica began their career in 2005 at Wired or Wireless, Inc., where they worked in project management, customer relations, marketing, and web design and development. Erica later transitioned to Empowered Existence Life Coaching Services in 2008 as a Professional Certified Life Coach, helping clients achieve personal and professional goals through co-creative partnerships. Erica then joined the WA ST DSHS Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration Mentor Program in 2010 as a Recruitment Coordinator and Facilitator, where they developed and implemented a mentor program for youth in the juvenile justice system. In 2011, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Craftsmen Construction, Inc. In 2012, Erica joined YWCA Spokane as the Women's Opportunity Center Manager, where they managed the center until 2015. Erica then became the Communications Manager at YWCA Spokane until 2018 and was promoted to Director of Communications & Philanthropy, a position they held until 2022. Currently, Erica is the Director of Community Engagement at YWCA Spokane, where they provide strategic leadership in stakeholder communications and engagement, overseeing a team specialized in communications, volunteer management, racial and social justice, and community outreach and education. Additionally, they run their own freelance services as a graphic designer, web developer, and consultant.
