Allen Frey

Allen Frey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and coaching roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at YWCA York since October 2022, Allen also founded Spice’s Distribution in February 2017. Previous positions include Assistant Coach for Boys Basketball at Susquehanna Township High School and an Account Manager at Yorkaire Group. Allen’s coaching expertise further includes roles at Central York School District as a varsity assistant and head freshman coach.
