Iman Woodyard currently serves as the Legal Advocacy Director at YWCA York, where responsibilities include maintaining a caseload and providing legal advice and representation in various family law matters, as well as overseeing staff in the Legal Program. Previously, Iman worked as a Staff Attorney at YWCA York and MidPenn Legal Services, representing domestic and sexual violence survivors in court proceedings. Experience also includes a Certified Legal Intern role at the Community Law Clinic, providing assistance in family law and disability law, along with internships at the Pennsylvania Utility Law Project and MidPenn Legal Services. Iman holds a Juris Doctorate and a certificate in Family Law & Children’s Advocacy from Penn State Dickinson Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Sociology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
