YZ Queenco Ltd is an Israel-based holding company that, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in a number of projects, such as the operation of casinos and hotels. Its subsidiary, Queenco Leisure International Ltd., holds full and participant interests in cooperation with Israeli and foreign companies in tourist projects in Loutraki and Rhodes, both located in Greece. The Company holdings include Club Hotel Loutraki S.A., in partnership with Anonymi Touristiki Etaireia Kozino Loutrakioy A.E, operating a casino, hotel and the local marina. In Rhodes, the Company operates Casino S.A. and another casino in Constanta, Bulgaria, located off the Black Sea. The Company has additional operations in Sihankoukville, Cambodia, Prague, Czech Republic, and Belgrade, Serbia.
