Ella Fielding

Ella Fielding is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and product leadership, currently serving as Strategy Lead at Z Energy NZ since November 2024. Previously, Ella held various roles at Optimal Workshop from January 2020 to November 2024, including Product Lead, Strategy Manager, CX Strategist, and User Experience Researcher. Prior experience includes positions as Experience Researcher and Test Analyst at Alphero (November 2015 - January 2020) and Supervisor at Karori West Normal School O.S.C.A.R (September 2013 - November 2015). Ella is pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Strategy and Innovation at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford (2024-2025) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and German from Victoria University of Wellington (2012-2015).
