Kate Thomason

Kate Thomason currently serves as the Loyalty Programme Implementation Manager at Z Energy NZ, a position held since July 2019, alongside roles as Design Lead and Customer Experience Design Manager. In addition, Kate has been with Spark New Zealand since May 2015, where responsibilities have included Customer Experience Chapter Lead, Customer Experience Coach, Product Owner, Change and Release Manager, and Senior Programme Coordinator. Prior experience includes serving as Business Support Manager to the Director of People & Organisation at the Royal Bank of Scotland from November 2012 to August 2014 and as a Business Analyst at the Ministry of Health from October 2011 to August 2012. Early career roles featured a position as Policy Advisor for Cancer Services and Private Secretary in the Office of Hon Tony Ryall, Minister of Health. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Honours in Communications and Political Science from the University of Canterbury.
