Michael Hayward

Michael Hayward is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in customer operations and service roles. Currently serving as a Senior Procurement Specialist at Z Energy NZ since March 2016, Michael previously held the position of Customer Operations Coordinator within the same company. Prior to Z Energy, Michael worked at ANZ as a Senior Service Consultant and gained foundational experience as a Settlements and Administration Officer at TransGlobal Payment Solutions. Earlier in the career journey, key roles included Operations Officer at Rabobank and Human Resources Administrator at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, where Michael worked part-time while pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from Victoria University of Wellington from 2005 to 2008.
