Rodelle Josol

Rodelle Josol has extensive experience in risk management and safety, currently serving as a Digital Risk Systems Specialist at Z Energy NZ since September 2016. In this role, Rodelle leads the development and implementation of operational risk management systems and digital tools for effective risk management. Previous positions at Z Energy include Safety, Wellbeing and Risk Specialist and Safety and Wellbeing Advisor, focusing on safety culture and regulatory compliance. Prior to Z Energy, Rodelle worked as a Biodiesel Plant Lead Operator and Biodiesel Plant Operator at GMP Dairy Limited and as a Quality Assurance Technician at Kao Corporation. Rodelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Xavier University and is a National Licensure Examination Passer in Chemical Engineering.
