Tim Bailey has extensive experience in financial management and strategic leadership within the retail and commercial sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Z Retail and Head of Property and Assets at Z Energy NZ since May 2013, Tim oversees a substantial annual operational budget and capital expenditures while leading various strategic initiatives, including a convenience store refresh program and management of a nationwide property portfolio. Previous roles include Retail Strategy Manager, Performance Manager, and Finance Manager in various organizations, including Foodstuffs Wellington, Icebreaker, and New Zealand Post. Tim holds a Chartered Accountant designation from the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and a degree in Accounting and Finance from Lincoln University, along with a Six Sigma Green Belt.
