Jose Chavez

Jose Chavez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and brand strategy within the fishing industry. Currently serving as the Director of Product Development at Z-Man Fishing Products, Inc. since April 2022, Jose previously held the role of Head of Product Development at Savage Gear Americas, Inc. from September 2018 to April 2022, where a consistent focus on creating innovative products and meaningful customer interactions was demonstrated. Earlier career experience includes serving as Marketing Manager and Product Development Manager at DQC International, Corp., overseeing the Fishing Lure Program, and directing microbiology studies at Zimek Technologies. Jose holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of South Florida and an MBA from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.
