Stephany Roy

Stephany Roy is currently the Director of Land Acquisitions at Z Modular. They have an extensive background in real estate, having previously worked as a Land Acquisitioner at D.R. Horton and a Real Estate Investment and Acquisition Specialist with the Build to Fit Real Estate Team. Their experience also includes positions as a Neighborhood Sales Manager at Centex Homes and a Buyer's Agent at Red Robin Group. Stephany began their career in real estate at Coldwell Banker as a Marketing Assistant and has taken on various roles, including Senior Property Agent for the City of Austin, overseeing utility easements and right-of-way negotiations. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business.
