Troy Hill is a Vice President of Strategic Growth with extensive experience in site selection, entitlements, negotiations, home building, and land planning. Previously, Troy held various leadership roles at Meritage Homes, including National Director of Product Design and Optimization and Director of Urban Development. Troy also contributed to C3 Construction as a Business Development professional and served as a Land Development Manager at both Pulte Homes and Lennar. Troy earned a BS in Business Management from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Grand Canyon University. Currently, Troy leads strategic planning, business development, and market analysis initiatives to drive revenue growth and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
