Bill Scavuzzo - Mechanical Engineer

Bill Scavuzzo is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in polymer process research and development. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Z-Polymers since 2021, Bill specializes in 3D printing, extrusion of Tullomer 3D filaments, polymer compounding, and physical property testing. Previously, Bill held the role of Principal Engineer at Ionic Materials, Inc. and iQLP, LLC from 2011 to 2021, focusing on innovative polymer materials and green technologies. Earlier positions include Scientist II at SCHOTT Pharma and Senior Process Engineer at Quantum Leap Packaging, alongside a long tenure at Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics where Bill progressed from Group Leader to Senior Mechanical Engineer. Bill holds a Master’s degree in Management of Technology from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
