Ingrid Guimarães

Ingrid Guimarães has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. Ingrid began their career as an Atendente at Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas in 2016. In 2017, they moved to TeleTech Philippines as an Especialista em Atendimento II. In 2019, they were an Analista de Atendimento at Atento Brasil. In 2021, they became a Social Media Analyst and Analista de Customer Experience at Z1, as well as an Assistente CX at Delivery Center.

Ingrid Guimarães is currently enrolled at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, where they are studying processos gerenciais since 2020.
