Founded in 2005, Z&A Co Ltd has grown into one of the leading retail groups in the Caucasus region, representing world-renowned luxury and premium fashion brands.

The company’s journey began with the opening of Zegna, followed shortly by Emporio Armani, marking its entry into the premium luxury segment. Shortly after, Z&A expanded its portfolio with the launch of the first Burberry Flagship Store in Yerevan, setting new standards for luxury retail in Armenia, and later on with the launch of Armani Junior and the Rosie multi brand store.

From its first boutique to a diverse portfolio of international brands, Z&A saw the launch of Polo Ralph Lauren, reinforcing Z&A’s leadership in premium lifestyle fashion followed by the opening of Hugo and Boss which further strengthened the company’s position in the market. 
This growth continued in the mass market segment with OVS — Italy’s leading clothing retailer — and later with the German brand New Yorker, expanding across Armenia and Georgia, and most recently with the openings of Sandro and Maje in Georgia, with stores coming soon to Armenia.

Today, Z&A Stores operates in Armenia, Georgia, and Hungary, managing a portfolio of over 20 stores across luxury, premium, and lifestyle segments such as Kenzo, Balmain, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Azat Mard and many more prominent brands.
