Kaspars Mednis

Kaspars Mednis has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and support. Kaspars started their career in 2010 as a Network Administrator at NORVIK BANKA, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, they joined Zabbix, initially as a Technical Support Engineer and later became the Chief Trainer in August 2020. Kaspars has gained expertise in network administration and technical support throughout their career.

Kaspars Mednis obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Transport and Telecommunication Institute, where they studied from 2010 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Kaspars has achieved several certifications in the field. Kaspars became a Zabbix 3.0 Certified Specialist and Zabbix 3.0 Certified Professional in October 2017. Later, in January 2018, they obtained the Zabbix 3.0 Certified Trainer certification. Kaspars continued to enhance their skills and expertise by becoming a MySQL 2019 Certified Implementation Specialist in December 2019. Most recently, they obtained the Zabbix 5.0 Certified Trainer certification in June 2020 and the Zabbix 6.0 Certified Trainer certification in February 2022.
