Erica Hanson

Erica Hanson is the current Advisor at Zabble. Erica was previously the Chief Executive Officer at Comfy from February 2015 to April 2021. Prior to that, they were the Open Innovation Lead at Johnson Controls from July 2008 to January 2015. In this role, they led Building Efficiency's open innovation and venture capital activity. Erica worked across business units to identify technology needs and accelerants to internal development. Erica engaged with 50+ start-ups, national labs, academic institutions, and other market players to identify technology targets and investment opportunities.

Erica Hanson has an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and a Graduate Certificate in Food Systems from the University of California, Berkeley. Erica also attended Marquette University.
