Arkadiusz Nowicki

Arkadiusz Nowicki serves as the Director Operations Logistics at Żabka Polska, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Arkadiusz dedicated over two decades to Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, culminating in the position of Country Logistics Operations Director, where responsibilities included the development and execution of logistics strategy and management of logistics operations throughout Poland. Arkadiusz has a strong background in optimizing logistics processes and cost management, having also held roles such as 3PL & National Distribution Network Manager and Country Distribution Manager. Educational credentials include a Supply Chain Manager Excellence certification from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master of Engineering degree from Gdańsk University of Technology, and training in leadership psychology from Szkoła Biznesu Politechniki Warszawskiej.
