Jolanta Bańczerowska

Since April 2020, she has been a Member of the Management Board of Żabka Polska. As Chief People Officer, he manages the HR strategy team responsible for the HR strategy, the development of the company's culture and the competences of all teams. Since 2016, as the HR Director, she initiated the development of many new personnel solutions that changed the functioning of the company. Responsible for the implementation of the best practices in the field of people management in the organization, human capital planning and development processes, as well as performance evaluation and management programs and incentive systems. She managed to change the organizational culture into a more open and employee-friendly one. She is responsible for developing Żabka Polska's mission, vision and values ​​that distinguish the company on the market.

Earlier over 15 years of managerial experience gained in Mars and Wrigley. Before joining the team, Żabka worked as HR Director North Central Europe, where she was responsible, inter alia, for introducing organizational changes and integrating Wrigley and Mars in Central European countries.

A graduate of MA in Science Information and Administration at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań.
