Lukasz Gaweda

Lukasz Gaweda currently serves as the Director of Digital Business Building at Żabka Polska since 2023. Prior to this role, Lukasz was the Chief Digital Officer and Board Member at Lite e-Commerce from 2021 to 2023. Earlier experience includes positions as Associate Partner at both McKinsey & Company and QuantumBlack in 2021 and 2019, respectively, along with an engagement manager role at McKinsey & Company from 2012 to 2020. Lukasz also worked as a Research Associate at Rolls-Royce in 2012 and as a Structure Data Analyst at Airbus from 2011 to 2012. Academic credentials include a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Jet Propulsion Technology from Imperial College London and an MBA from INSEAD. Education was completed at III Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Marynarki Wojennej RP w Gdyni.
