MacIej Szaroleta

Maciej Szaroleta serves as the International Marketing Director at Żabka Polska since December 2017, overseeing the strategy for all Żabka brands, including own brands and the company's strategic development. In addition, Maciej has been a Private Brands Manager at Fabryka Marek since January 2011, where responsibilities include developing marketing and communication strategies and delivering marketing training and lectures. Previous roles include Strategy Director at Albedo Marketing and Brand Practice Director at Hill+Knowlton Strategies Poland, managing teams and developing brand strategies for notable clients. Maciej has also contributed as a mentor at Fundacja Liderek Biznesu and has experience in brand management from tenure at Grupa Żywiec. Educational background includes a degree from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu.
