Rafał Kwiatkowski

Rafał Kwiatkowski has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and organizations. Most recently, they serve as the Head of Store IT Support Team at Żabka Polska since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Certified Consultant and Installer for Salus SmartHome system at SALUS Controls Poland from January 2021. Before that, they were a Certified Consultant and Installer for SUPLA SmartHome system at Zamel starting from February 2018. Rafał also has significant experience at ZUS, where they held positions such as Deputy Director for Administrative-Technical and IT Affairs and Information Security Chief from 2002 to 2021. Additionally, they worked as an IT Network Administrator at ZUS from November 2002 to April 2008. Rafał also has experience as a lecturer at Wyższa Szkoła COSINUS between September 2004 and August 2015.

Rafał Kwiatkowski has a diverse education history. In 2002, they obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in the Basics of Technology and Applications of IT from the same university.

In 2011, Rafał pursued postgraduate studies in Project Management at WSB Merito Poznan University. Later, in 2018, they completed postgraduate studies in IT Management and Public Administration at the Warsaw University of Technology and IT Leader Club Poland Foundation.

Additionally, Rafał has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management in 2016 and the SA-299 Advanced Administration SO Solaris 9 from Sun Microsystems in 2005. Rafał also holds certifications as a certified installer for SALUS SmartHome and ZAMEL SUPLA SmartHome.
