Saranya Devi N has extensive experience in IT management and support, currently serving as Manager and Team Lead at Zacco - 360° Intellectual Property since March 2018, and previously as a Senior IT Support Engineer. Prior to Zacco, Saranya held the position of Penetration Testing Intern at Virtually Testing Foundation for a brief period in late 2021. Saranya's earlier roles include Technical Specialist and Senior Windows Administrator at Microland Limited, as well as Windows Administrator at Tech Mahindra, where responsibilities included administration and troubleshooting of over 500 servers across various technologies such as Windows OS, Active Directory, and VMware. Saranya possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from the University of Madras and a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Central Polytechnic College.
