Ricardo Cubias is a seasoned food and beverage director with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Food and Beverage at Zachari Dunes on Mandalay Beach, Curio Collection by Hilton since April 2022. Prior roles include Director Of Food And Beverage positions at 106 Jefferson Curio Collection by Hilton and Hilton Peachtree City Atlanta Hotel & Conference Center. Ricardo's career spans various esteemed establishments, including VONS, Hilton Long Beach, and multiple Embassy Suites locations. With a background as a partner general manager at Wiki's Wine Dive & Grill Restaurant and restaurant general manager at Santa Catalina Island Company, Ricardo also has in-depth training, having achieved the level of Master Sommelier II from The Court of Master Sommeliers and completing a culinary program in Europe. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of El Salvador.
