Laura Irle

Laura Irle is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in contract management, currently serving as a Senior Contracts Manager at Zachry Construction Corporation since November 2011. In this role, Laura is responsible for reviewing construction contracts, procuring and negotiating lower-tier contracts, and ensuring compliance across multiple projects. Laura has developed and led training initiatives on contract procurement and maintains oversight of the legal aspects of construction projects, including claims management and budgeting for the Legal Department. Prior to this, Laura worked at Outback Steakhouse in various positions, culminating in the role of Key Manager. Laura holds a Master of Arts in Legal Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business, both from Texas State University.
