Rachael Ashton

Rachael Ashton is a seasoned project engineer with extensive experience in civil engineering and construction management. Currently employed at Zachry Construction Corporation since July 2022, Rachael has previously held roles at Webber from June 2013 to August 2022, where responsibilities included project engineering and civil discipline management for significant projects such as the $201 million SH146 in Kemah, TX, and various segments of US 290. Rachael's expertise encompasses budgeting, cost control, subcontractor management, and owner relations across multiple high-value projects. Earlier experience includes positions at Kiewit as a field engineer, and internships at Dubai Contracting Company LLC and Penfield & Smith. Rachael holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University, earned in 2012.
