Jim Nelson

Jim Nelson is a seasoned professional in corporate real estate, serving as the Director of Corporate Real Estate at Zachry Group since 2010. Previously, Jim held the position of Vice-President at Zachry Realty, Inc. from 2000 to 2010, focusing on development and asset management for a range of real estate properties, including The Historic Sunset Station, East Commerce Realty, LLC, and the Staybridge Hotel at Sunset Station, as well as overseeing the 1,800-acre U-Bar Ranch development. Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University, earned between 1972 and 1976.
