Allen Macon has a diverse work experience in the marketing field. Allen started their career as an Assistant Manager at Household Finance Corporation in 2002, where they managed the marketing of the Beneficial website launch and created sales and training materials. Allen also developed a monthly newsletter and organized marketing events. In 2004, they joined HSBC as a Campaign Manager, achieving internet goals for the Consumer Lending division and generating over $300M in revenue. Allen coordinated email development, launched bid management and campaign optimization tools, and improved paid search initiatives. In 2007, Allen became a Marketing Manager at Zacks Investment Research, where they directed marketing strategies and successfully launched a partnership with TD Ameritrade. Allen was later promoted to Marketing Director, responsible for customer growth and implementing various marketing initiatives, resulting in increased lead volume and brand loyalty. In 2015, they became Vice President, Marketing, where they transformed the framework and determined strategic goals for Zacks.com, recruiting and managing a solid in-house marketing team.
Allen Macon has a Master's degree in Business Administration from Benedictine University, obtained between 2002 and 2004. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Eastern Michigan University, and also studied Business Administration at Delta College.
