Haron Koshear

Haron Koshear is a seasoned procurement and supply chain professional with extensive experience in purchasing and logistics management. Currently serving as a Procurement Advisor at Zadkine since February 2024, Haron previously held the role of Tactical Purchaser at Verstegen Spices & Sauces and Purchasing Manager at Cobeco Pharma Wholesale BV, where responsibilities included supplier negotiations, stock optimization, and monitoring various performance indicators. Haron's experience also encompasses formal management of production and warehouse operations, project management, and training within the purchasing department. Earlier professional experience includes in-store logistics at Inter IKEA Systems B.V., where participation in the IKEA Grow Program further developed skills in supply chain management. Haron holds a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
