Anas Farooq

Anas Farooq is a law bachelor degree holder from the University of Punjab, with specialization in civil, tax, business and corporate laws. Mr. Anas provides dynamic, high-quality, and solution-oriented legal services to multinational Companies to fulfill their statutory compliances.

He is involved in contentious and non-contentious work, spanning the full spectrum of law practice towards government departments i.e. Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Punjab Revenue Authority, Sindh Revenue Board, Federal Board of Revenue and Registrar of Firms, District Land Record Office, Tax & Excise Department, etc., and assist clietns through strategies and plainings to overcome financial risks, tax liabilities and maintain their books of accounts along with maintaining the data electronically to keep the record on long term basis.

He occupies a distinguished position in the firm and his main responsibilities include, inter alia, the drafting, preparation, and representation of contested cases before courts i.e. Commissioner (Appeals), Tribunal, Civil Courts, Family Courts, and High Court, joining assessment proceedings to save the interest of the clients, tax advisory, legal opinions, registrations and transfers of moveable and immoveable properties and registration of agreements / contracts, power of attorney and deeds ancillary to the businesses.
