Tushar Paralikar

Tushar Paralikar has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Tushar has held various leadership roles, such as Vice President, Transformation and Modernization at Zafin since 2023, and Vice President, Head of Delivery for the North America Region at Zafin from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Accenture as a Technology Delivery Lead from 2019 to 2021. Tushar also has experience at Zafin, where they served as Director of Product Consulting from 2018 to 2019, Lead Business Consultant from 2016 to 2018, and Business Architect from 2012 to 2016. Before joining Zafin, Tushar worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Team Leader from 2009 to 2010 and as an Associate - Sr. Software Engineer from 2008 to 2009. Tushar started their career at Satyam Computer Services Limited as a Software Engineer from 2005 to 2008.

Tushar Paralikar holds an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from UBC Sauder School of Business. Tushar also completed an Executive Education program in Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University. In addition to their formal education, Tushar has obtained several certifications, including Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., Northwestern University 101: Leading with Analytics and Artificial Intelligence from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, BIAN's Banking Architecture from BIAN eV, and Sun Certified Java Professional (SCJP) from Sun Microsystems. Tushar is also a Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Certification holder from the Six Sigma Management Institute (SSMI) in Arizona, US.
