Kamalam Sugumaran

Kamalam Sugumaran is currently serving as an HR Business Partner at ZAGENO Inc. since April 2024. Previously, Kamalam held the position of Unit Manager - Training and Development at Fincare Small Finance Bank from April 2019 to June 2022, where significant contributions included transforming the training and development team from traditional classroom methods to a fully online format and managing the Learning Management System (LMS) through various stages, including vendor evaluation, content creation, and program launch. Kamalam also served as Deputy Unit Manager in the same department, overseeing training initiatives and new hire orientation programs, effectively transitioning training processes for central back offices and delivering mandatory training programs. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from Christ University, Bangalore, completed from 2017 to 2019, and a Bachelor of Commerce from KGISL Institute of Information Management, completed from 2013 to 2016.
