Matt Guss

Matt Guss is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at ZAGG, Inc. since April 2025. Previously, Matt held positions such as Director of Human Resources for the West Region at Summit Materials, where leadership focused on supporting organizational operations, and Director of Human Resources at Pride Transport. Additionally, Matt contributed to Adobe, first as a Talent Development Partner and later as a Principal HR Business Partner for Adobe Workfront, facilitating growth and development initiatives for a global workforce. Earlier career highlights include directing HR efforts for Graymont, where strategic integration of acquisitions and cultural transformation were key focuses, along with foundational HR roles at Qwest Communications, Schreiber Foods, and Detroit Diesel Remanufacturing. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Utah.
