Rachel DeJong's work experience begins in 2003 when they started working for Innovative Marketing Strategies INC as an Administrative Assistant. Rachel later became an Assistant Case Manager and eventually a Case Manager, where they were responsible for managing customer application status for 10+ insurance companies. In 2011, Rachel joined Incipio Group as an Account Specialist, providing order management and support for their retail channel. Over the next several years, they worked their way up to National Account Manager and then Sales Director, where they were involved in business strategy enhancements and oversaw the internal Sales team. In 2018, Rachel briefly worked as the Assistant Chief of Operations/Chief of Staff for Gander Group before joining ZAGG, Inc. as the Sr. Sales Manager and later the Director of Sales, responsible for maintaining the carrier channel and overseeing sales, marketing, and operational strategy.

Rachel DeJong attended Orange Coast College from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies. After that, from 2007 to 2011, they attended California State University, Long Beach, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
