Scott Crowder

Scott Crowder is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Tech Support 2 at ZAGG, Inc. since July 2022, where responsibilities include monitoring help desk tickets, setting up computers, onboarding users, and managing various administrative tasks within 365, Active Directory, and MacOS environments. Prior to ZAGG, Scott worked as a Technical Consultant at I.T.now, providing customer support and resolving user issues, and held diverse roles in heavy equipment operation and estimation, regression testing, and carpet cleaning. Scott holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Salt Lake Community College and a degree in Social Media Marketing from Ensign College.
