Arati Parashar

Arati Parashar has a strong background in marketing and business development, with experience in companies such as Trent Ltd, Mirchi, Reliance Broadcast Network, and engage4more. Arati co-founded engage4more and held the role of Co-founder and Director, overseeing general management, business processes, P&L tracking, HR processes, and culture. Arati also served as the Vice President & Business Head at Zaggle. Their previous roles included Marketing Head positions at various companies, where they led city-specific and pan-India marketing campaigns, tie-ups with TV channels, and focused on enhancing listener engagement and base.

Arati Parashar pursued a PGDBM degree in Marketing and Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 1999 to 2001. In 2022, they attended the Indian School of Business for a course in Digital Marketing & Analytics.
