Krešimir Penavić

Krešimir Penavić is a retired senior researcher at Renaissance Technologies LLC (1989-2016), who contributed to building the company into one of the world’s largest and most successful hedge fund management companies with assets of more than $ 50 billion. He has participated in the development of automated trading systems that cover most of the world’s financial markets for stocks, treasuries, forex, and futures. Krešimir holds a PhD in applied mathematics from Stony Brook University.
