Prior to this role, Toby Zacks worked as a Project Manager at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company from October 1993 to June 1995. Education includes a degree from the University of Florida, completed between 1987 and 1993, and earlier studies at Friends Academy from 1983 to 1987.
