Elizabeth Shajan

Elizabeth Shajan is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in shaping and leading people and culture initiatives across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. Currently serving as the Sr. Group People & Culture Director at Zahrawi Group since September 2015, Elizabeth has played a pivotal role as a culture champion and strategic HR leader, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to enhance the workplace environment. Prior to Zahrawi Group, Elizabeth held significant HR roles at Kimberly-Clark, focusing on talent management and leadership development across various regions, and has prior experience in learning and development at REHAU Polymers and as a process associate at Wipro. Elizabeth holds an MBA in HR from ICFAI Business School and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Sophia College.
