Eva Wu

Eva Wu is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and HR operations. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Zai Lab since March 2021, Eva has previously held notable positions including Head of Talent Acquisition for China at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Talent Acquisition Manager at Roche, where responsibilities expanded from hiring for enabling functions to product development in Asia. Prior roles include Assistant HR Manager at Philips China, where Eva led talent acquisition for key global business groups, and HR Supervisor at Softtek, focusing on HR operations in the Shanghai region. Eva began the career as an Associate Consultant at Staff Service (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., responsible for client projects and candidate recruitment. Eva holds a degree from Fudan University, completed in 2005.
