Xiaoyu Chen

Xiaoyu Chen has extensive experience in corporate communications, with a focus on brand communications. From 2018 to the present, they have served as the Executive Director of Corporate Communications at Zai Lab, where they previously held the roles of Senior Director and Corporate Communications Director. Prior to Zai Lab, Xiaoyu worked as the AD of Brand Communications at Novartis in 2018, and as a Manager at AstraZeneca from 2016 to 2018. Xiaoyu started their career at Roche in 2013 as an Associate Manager. Before joining the pharmaceutical industry, Xiaoyu worked at top international PR agencies as a Senior Account Manager from 2005 to 2011.

Xiaoyu Chen pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Peking University between 2001 and 2005. Later in 2007, they attended the University of Sydney for a brief period, completing a Master of Professional Communication in the field of Professional Communication.
