Yingyong Xu

Yingyong Xu has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Yingyong started their career as a Resident Doctor at Anhui Provincial Hospital in 2004 and worked there until 2008. Yingyong then moved to Bristol-Myers Squibb, where they held roles as a Medical Strategy Manager from 2011 to 2014 and as a Physician in Oncology from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Celgene as a Clinical Research Scientist and later progressed to roles as an Associate Director and a Medical Director. In 2019, they joined Bristol Myers Squibb as the Head of Hematology at BMS China until 2020. Currently, they are working at Zai Lab as an Executive Medical Director, with a recent promotion to the position of VP, Medical (Oncology) in September 2022.

Yingyong Xu attended Anhui Medical University from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Medicine. Yingyong then pursued a Master's degree in Hematology and Oncology from Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2008 to 2011. Currently, they are completing a doctoral degree in Business and Administration at The University of Manchester, with an anticipated completion date in 2023.
