Ali Abi Ghaida

Ali Abi Ghaida has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Ali started their career at Libercell in 2006 as a Switch Engineer. Ali then moved on to become a Billing Manager at the same company from July 2007 to December 2008. In 2009, they joined Zain Iraq as a Senior Revenue Assurance Analyst, a role they held until December 2012. Ali then advanced to the position of Senior Professional Revenue Assurance Analyst from January 2013 to October 2015. Finally, they became the Head of Revenue Assurance at Zain Iraq in November 2015.

Ali Abi Ghaida obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Communications from the Islamic University of Lebanon from 2000 to 2006. In addition, they obtained various certifications related to data science and analytics, business analysis, artificial intelligence, and Linux from institutions such as LinkedIn and Lynda.com, with the latest certifications obtained in 2022.
